Kira has the ability to input thoughts, memories, or emotions into people's heads. This can be something as simple as telepathically letting you know that she wants lunch or compelling a character to commit suicide. This ability requires being able to see someone's eyes. Since she uses her ability casually, there is a chance that she will want to push anyone she interacts with. Kira doesn't actually have to speak to use her abilities, although she sometimes does.

If it would take mental powers to resist, then Fett doesn't have anything in way of defenses. If a strong-willed character can resist, then Fett would definitely put up a fight!

Again, depends if willpower plays a role. If not, then Fett would probably conform to defaults. If yes, he'd be fighting it the whole way and might wear it down earlier.
